Mr. Bohbot has a high school education followed by four years of study at the College of Management and two years of study at Bar-Ilan University   Ori Stern Mr. Ori Stern has been the company's Deputy Director of Finance since 2007. Mr. Stern is an CPA by profession.   Benjamin Adar Mr. Benjamin Adar has been the company's Secretary since 1982. Mr. Adar is a lawyer and a graduate of the Law Faculty at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Yoav Brookner Mr. Yoav Brookner has been the company's internal auditor since 1993. Mr. Brookner holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University, and is a CPA and partner at the accounting firm of Brookner & Co.
